"I had a great experience working with Matt at Troy Peterson's State Farm office.
When he first reached out, I was genuinely interested, but life was incredibly busy. What I appreciated most was that he followed up consistently without ever being pushy or annoying. He'd check in after a few days, then give it about a week, which I really respected. It showed he cared without making me feel pressured.
When we finally had the chance to talk, Matt was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He made the entire process easy to understand and never made me feel rushed.
The best part? He was able to get me better coverage for about half of what I was paying with my previous insurance company! I'm so glad he didn't give up on me and understood that I truly was busy, not just avoiding the conversation.
